We have enjoyed many successes with our breeding program both in competitive Dog Sports and as family friends. However, please note we breed for quality, loving, long-lived family friends first.

Rainsong Manchesters was established in 1998 thru the friendship and guidance of Myrtle and Fred Klensch of Salutaire Manchesters. There are numerous friends and breeders who have helped us along the way, too many to mention here in this forum. However, if you would like references please do not hesitate to ask. We urge you to make an educated and qualified decision no matter what breed or breeder you decide to do business with.

When selecting a breeder, first and foremost ask questions about health, temperament, and contracts and please ask for references from other buyers and families. All our dogs are vWD clear either by testing or by parentage. Every puppy comes with a health guarantee. We breed only a few select litters a year and always for the betterment of the breed, not for the quantity. All puppies are hand raised with lots of love, socialization and training from the beginning as soon as they arrive. Stud Services are available to health-tested approved bitches only.

Please remember that this puppy's future is in your hands. Acquiring a puppy should never be done on a whim; it's a life-long commitment and will be what you make of it.
